  • Discovery Stage - Are we a fit? During this stage, we will go over your project needs, expectations, and success metrics and business objectives.

    We want to make sure we deliver 100% customer satisfaction, so we need to establish realistic KPIs to achieve.

    What you get: A good feeling that we are the right guy for the job.
  • Plan & Strategy - Now that we know your objectives and requirements, we will make a project plan. It consists of different modules and a timeline to complete those modules.

    Breaking up the project in small logical modules is the most critical task. Small modules help to keep the project within time, cost, and scope limits.

    Once you approve the plan, you can also share with us any existing resources you have. Introduce us to your other team members who need to be involved in the project.

    What you get: A quote and a statement of work that you need to approve and sign. You also need to pay a 50% advance for us to start the work. Wahoo, we’re working together!
  • Execution - We will start the work on the modules keeping you updated with the progress. The new module is only started once the previous module's objectives are achieved.

    What you get: A loosely bound preview of the work done. Loosely bound to allow for any changes you want.
  • Feedback - You review what we have sent and provide us your feedback.. We will decide on what needs to be changed, then we get to work making revisions. It rarely takes more than two rounds.

    What you get: A working solution that solves your problem with some dangling threads.
  • Final Delivery - We will work to finish the project by optimizing for security & performance. We will also provide you with a document on - how to use the solution, how to maintain it, and how to extend it in the future.

    What you get: Finished project. You also need to pay the remaining 50% amount.
  • To make remote working effective - Document everything. It is the single most crucial aspect of productive remote working.
  • Strategy for new clients - If you have never worked with me before, we will start with a small project. We also give a discounted price to new clients for the first project.

I have developed web apps in many technology stacks. I have set up the backend for apps in Python & PHP. I have created frontends using Vue, React & jQuery. I have developed Chrome Extensions for my clients to automate stuff. I have used Google App Scripts to automate business processes. I have developed desktop apps using C++. So, I don’t have a fixed stack. I select a technology stack that is most relevant to complete a project.

AWS is not for everyone. For most businesses, managed hosting is a better choice. I will help you choose the hosting that makes perfect sense for your business. And yes, I will set it up for you, whether its AWS or other managed services.
